By placing an order during a promotional period, you agree to the terms below. These are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a smooth experience for all customers.
1. Definitions
“Promotion” refers to any discount, offer, sale, bundle, or temporary pricing adjustment applied to products during a defined period.
“Order” refers to a purchase completed through our checkout system.
2. Discounts & Promotions
2.1 All promotional pricing and discounts must be applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply retrospective discounts to any completed orders under any circumstances.
2.2 Promotions are valid only for the stated period or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
2.3 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary (including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or operational requirements).
2.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, loyalty reward, or credit.
3. Stock & Availability
3.1 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
3.2 We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order during promotional periods.
3.3 In the event of unavailability after an Order has been placed, we may, at our discretion:
cancel the affected item(s) and issue a refund; and/or
substitute with a product of equal or greater value where appropriate.
4. Pricing & Errors
4.1 We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or system errors at any time.
4.2 Where an Order is affected by an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the Order and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Orders are dispatched in accordance with standard processing times and courier availability.
5.2 During promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
5.3 Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse to the designated courier.
5.4 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Parcels
6.1 We will investigate all reported delivery issues in accordance with our Delivery Claims Policy and applicable courier procedures.
6.2 Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit or damaged in transit, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
6.3 Claims are subject to courier confirmation and may require supporting documentation or investigation timeframes.
6.4 Where tracking shows an item as delivered, we are not liable for non-receipt unless otherwise confirmed following investigation.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Our standard Returns Policy applies to all promotional purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2 Orders may not be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
7.3 Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy and processed once returned goods have been received and approved.
8. Order Amendments
8.1 We cannot guarantee any amendments to Orders once placed, including changes to items, addresses, or discount application.
8.2 Any requested amendments are subject to operational feasibility and are not guaranteed.
9. Promotions Abuse & Fraud Prevention
9.1 We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any Order where we reasonably suspect:
fraudulent activity
abuse of promotional mechanics
automated or bulk purchasing intended to manipulate stock or pricing
violation of fair use principles
10. Geographical Restrictions
10.1 Promotions may be restricted to specific regions, countries, or shipping zones.
10.2 We reserve the right to determine eligibility criteria for any Promotion.
11. Customer Support & Goodwill
11.1 Any discretionary goodwill gestures (including but not limited to replacements, credits, refunds, or discounts) are provided without admission of liability.
11.2 Such gestures are issued strictly on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute an obligation or precedent.
11.3 This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
12. Third-Party Carriers
12.1 We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once an Order has been dispatched.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government action, or system failures.
