Please note our UK orders are delivered by Evri and Royal Mail, and signatures are no longer required for Royal Mail deliveries. Additionally, only orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched and Weekend orders get processed on the Monday morning.
We are temporarily restricting shipments to EU due to the changes occurring since Brexit and until we can find a feasible solution that prevents hidden costs/charges to customers, and parcels being held in customs. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have a solution in the near future.
Our returns policy covers you up to 14 days from dispatch date (you’ll receive an email from us upon dispatch).
Can I exchange an item once I receive it?
- We do not offer exchanges, if you have not opened or used the product, we do accept returns and can offer a refund in this case, and follow the steps below.
If you aren’t totally happy with your items, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, in your message please let us know that you wish to return your items and answer the below questions:
- Reason for returning
- Items you are returning
- Confirmation all products that are being returned are in unopened and in original packaging
Once you've answered the above, we will email you return shipping instructions.
Have you not received your parcel? please take these steps prior to contacting us:
- If the tracking says your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it please check your back door, garden, any safe place and check with your family members and neighbours.
PayPal vs Non-PayPal Orders:
- If the order was placed via PayPal, we are able to cover return shipping. If the order was placed with a credit or debit card, we are unable to cover costs for returning the items to us. Once we receive your return a refund will be processed in 7 working days to the original payment method.
Incorrect Details Supplied? Please follow these steps:
- If there's an error in you delivery address please contact Customer Services a soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address ready and if we still have time we will try to make things right. In case it is too late and the order was shipped to the wrong delivery address customers bear all the responsibility for this
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
What courier service do you use for international deliveries?
- For international delivery, we use DHL.
How long does it take for a return to reach you?
- Please note return will reach our warehouse in a 1 - 3 weeks time, and we do not have control over the speed of this.
